We have visited this hotel several times over the last year and everytime the ice makers on floor are not working and its a 50/50 as to whether or not the one on the 1st floor is working. We also did not get the accessible room that was requested but we had already unpacked by the time we realized. Lucky my partner was available to help me in and out of the tub shower. Other than that our stay was fine.

Room was clean and in good condition. However, some of the amenity claims were clearly inaccurate. The hotel is not "newly remodeled". It's mostly remodeled but doesn't seem to have been finished.
The second floor hall smelled like sewage.
The bar is closed. Starbucks is closed. The restaurant was open for breakfast and dinner but the wait staff was basically non-existent.
This used to be one of the nicer hotels in Little Rock but the lack of advertised amenities was a major turn off.
