    The hotel looks ok on the website but not what it appears. This is a 2-3 star hotel. We booked online and upon arrival, we cancelled after inspecting the rooms and re-booked somewhere else. It's dated and more like a hostel.

    They try to charge for absolutely every single thing possible. They will try to keep a portion of the deposit as well if you are not checked out with a spotless room by 11am. Ridiculous! It’s no surprise that the hotel was practically vacant.

    I had a 3night stay and apartment was not serviced once. When I asked about cleaning, I was advised that room is serviced every 3 days so I would not have a service. Parking was available but not free as advertised, not expensive at USD 10 but hidden cost. Deposit of USD100 was swiped to Credit card but not refunded for 7 business days after checkout,
