Very clean and nice room

The hotel is very nice, beds are comfortable, room is clean, service is great, bar is great and bartenders are very friendly as well as restaurant food and staff were great.
The surrounding area of the hotel is noisy with the trolly and traftic. It's difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper.
We did have issues with a towel bar in the bathroom falling and the showerhead not working but staff fixed right away once notified. Overall i recommend this hotel for your stay. It is a great location.

Hotel was a good value. Nice amenities. It is an older but charming hotel. Biggest suggestion is to make entrance area, especially outside main entrance, cleaner.

Everything was lovely, I used valet, they were very helpful and attentive. Hotel was beautiful, the bellman Jahvon was very friendly and helpful.
