The staff we're exemplary.
Most surprising was they had no on call doctor and I was referred to 111!!.
No clock in the room!.

For the price we paid our room was looking at a parking lot and the garbage bins on the ground floor. And also just down the hall from a big Christmas party. The evening staff at the front desk were also not very friend at all. It's nice and close to the park and has a great gym. Those were the only perks this stay.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff were very friendly.
The room was spotlessly clean.
Could improve amenities such as better tea and coffee facilities in the room but that is a personal preference
