We originally booked a king room for our visit but were offered an upgrade to a suite upon arrival which we accepted. The location on the waterfront in downtown Victoria is spectacular! Location, location, location should jump out at you here. Complimentary secured parking. The suite was spacious and the kitchen well stocked with general necessities. Staff is wonderful to deal with; very professional, friendly and courteous. A few minor criticisms of this property which is about 50 years old, but very well renovated. No USB connectors other than one on the alarm clock. They should at least have had a power bar with multiple USB hookups, preferably on the LR desk. Carpets are very clean but definitely showing age. Replacing with a laminate hardwood would be so much better. Despite these minor criticisms, this is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Victoria!

The front people were so nice to us. My mom is 82 years old. They gave us upgraded room with great views. The room is big and super clean. The location is fantastic. We will come back for sure.

Nice place especially in our suite facing the Harbour and Victoria parliament building. Exceptionally clean my husband is very fussy on cleanliness and he is empress with how clean the hotel is. The only negative thought with the hotel is didn't have air-conditioned but it wasn't too bad with a night breeze.
