Schöne Lage am Hang abseits der Hauptstraße, große sonnige Terrasse, großes Wohnzimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Die Personfähre zur Überfahrt nach Seattle ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vor dem Haus sind 2 PKW-Parkplätze für die Gäste vorhanden
Schräg gegenüber fanden Bauarbeiten statt, die einen gewissen Lärm verursacht haben. Die Elektrogeräte, besonders die Spülmaschine sind unangenehm laut. Der Fußweg zur Fähre ist zwar nicht weit, jedoch ist die Straße sehr steil, damit wird (je nach Alter) der Rückweg beschwerlich. Wir fanden bei der Buchung die Beschreibung etwas irritierend. Das Haus hat zwei Wohnungen, wobei der "One bed room" die obere Wohnung mit der Terrasse ist. Die untere Wohnung hat keine Terrasse. Es wird eigentlich nur klar, wenn man die Bilder genau anschaut.

Proximity to water taxi into downtown was great. Access to shops and restaurants in West Seattle was very convenient.
Access to the property via the numeric touchpad was a bit difficult…neither of us had encountered a lock like this previously. We rang the owner and she sorted this for us pretty quickly. Perhaps some clearer instructions could be given about accessing this lock.
