Great communication with Margit prior to arrival and she let us know once the apartment was ready to check in on the day of arrival. The apartment was great, super clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more, the kitchen was so well equipped which was a great surprise. Also had a really great shower with good water pressure. The location couldn't have been better, really close to the town but also down a quiet street with gorgeous mountain views. Free parking was a great bonus too. Didn't realise when we booked that they were a königscard host so we got the cards for free which gives you access to so many things and also meant we could take the bus to Neauschwanstein for free which was amazing! Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back ✨️

Great location and spacious. Host is very responsive to messages.
The main bed has a metal frame that squeaks every time you move and the mattress sags in the middle so we unfortunately did not sleep well. The bathroom is off the bedroom which wasn’t a big problem for us, but may not suit all guests.

The location was great. And the parking space sold the apartment to us over others. The bed was very comfortable.
The check out time is 9:30. We did extend this to 10:00 with the owner, but they messaged us to pressure us out by 10:00 so they could clean for the next guest, this felt like an uncomfortable pressure. Plus the sofa smelt of body odour?
