About this apartment rental
Ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Calis area in Fethiye. It is 15 minutes’ walking distance to Calis beach and 5 minutes’ walk to local grocery markets & famous Sunday market. Calis is 48 minutes’ drive to Dalaman airport. You can get dolmuş – prounced as dohl-moosh (local minibuses) from up the road to nearest town – Fethiye. Fethiye is great place with its restaurants, bars, touristic shops.
Our apartment is in a residential complex with a large swimming pool which has turtle shape with adjacent kid’s pool. Complex is ideal for families with the kids. It is step free from apartment to pool. So it is perfect for wheelchair access. All rooms have a balcony and bedrooms are overlooking the pool.
Calis is known with the beach, seaside restaurants & bars and beautiful sunset. You could also participate in windsurfing / kite surfing, boat trips and water park.

Everything about the apartment was great for us. Kitchen etc was fully furnished with everything we needed. Air Con was spot on. WiFi throughout was a benefit. Communication with the owner was brilliant and always available to help when needed.

We have just enjoyed another fantastic holiday at the Sunshine Apartments, so much so we have rebooked with Erkan again for next year. He is a lovely host and nothing is too much trouble he even helped with arranging our transfers to and from Dalaman Airport
The apartment is well equipped with everything anyone would need, a real home from home
Great location with access to lots of lovely restaurants only a stones throw away. Complex is very quiet and has a lovely swimming pool right outside your door.

We have had a fabulous holiday which passed too quickly. Apartment was very comfortable and met all our needs. Great location close to good restaurants, local market and route into Fethiye or Chalis beach.
