Die Lage ist perfekt. Blick auf die Lagune nach Norden, es dürfte im Sommer deswegen nicht allzu heiß werden im Zimmer.
Das Hotel wirkt sehr neu, keine Abnützungsspuren.
Top Wellnessbereich und sehr freundliche Hotelangestellte, die gerne helfen.
Mitgebrachte Räder können in einem extra Kellerraum eingestellt werden. Allerdings nur eine Steckdose vorhanden, evtl Verteilersteckdose mitnehmen.
Die kleine Müllinsel auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite. Die Müllabfuhr kommt täglich um 5 Uhr herum und macht ordentlich krach.
Das Hotel hat bereits Beschwerde eingebracht. Ob es hilft?
Der Schrank könnte etwas größer sein.

Direi l'aperitivo, ci è stato servito solamente con ciò che avevamo ordinato da bere senza qualcosa da mangiare, anche una cosa minima sarebbe stata gradita.

Wir habe Geburtstag gefeiert und wurden besonders gut betreut.
Tolles Service, sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und bemüht.

The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean, the space for breakfast very pleasant, being an open-air space, very comfortable bed and pillows and as result, a very good sleep quality
Lack of parking spaces - very small parking space for the number of rooms of the hotel. If you forget to ask for parking place, or you ask too late , you have to run through the streets to find a parking space! - We were in August when it was very crowded. The pool is a bit strange, a pool enclosed in a glass cube. The room's terrace is toward some buildings, it is not a pleasant view to want to stay on the terrace.
