A cozy and spacious apartment with everything you might need – a washing machine, fridge, stove, and other amenities. Although it was cold inside, there were several heating options available (air conditioning, small radiators), so it was easy to keep the apartment warm. The location is good – public transport stops are nearby, as well as restaurants and shops.
We stayed during the marathon and needed a good night’s sleep, but the noise from the neighbors was very disturbing – everything could be heard, and even earplugs didn’t help. Also, having only one blanket for two people is not very convenient; it’s not something we are used to. There were three of us, so we didn’t use the sofa for sleeping, but it didn’t look very comfortable for that purpose anyway.

The flat has everything one might need during travelling including a washing machine which was great, the location is great too.

El sofá se hundía bastante, las ventanas chirriaban supongo que por rodamientos gastados, el wc se movía y los rieles de la mampara también sonaban.
Son pequeñas cosas mejorables porque en conjunto, estuvimos bien.

Great location, really easy to get anywhere and overall a nice neighborhood. The place was overall clean, not exactly as the photos but close enough. Check in was super simple and efficient, checking out as well.
About 30 minutes after entering the apartment on our first night, the power went out. Called the number for the listing, messaged, spoke with booking - no one could find the owner of the listing and we spent the next 13 hours with no power and no answer from anyone. After calling the number on the listing over 40 times to no avail, and texting to no avail, and speaking with booking to no avail, the host finally got back to me on WhatsApp to try to turn the breakers off and on again. He then proceeded to say that we need to turn some things off and that we probably were using too much electricity - the only thing that was on the night this happened was the AC in the living room and one overhead light.
Stay was good other than zero responsiveness from the host.
