Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Safe hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt im EG eines Hauses welches an einer ruhigen Straße steht. Der Wald grenzt fast direkt an und Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Auch ein Spielplatz und ein Gasthaus sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es waren genügend Handtücher und Küchenutensilien vorhanden, auch ein großer Kühlschrank (ohne Gefrierfach).
Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings schon länger nicht benützt. Dies zeigte sich durch einige Spinnweben. Leider gab es keinen Haartrockner, obwohl er in der Ausstattung angeführt ist. Es gibt eine Dusche und eine Badewanne, aber baden war für unsere Tochter leider nicht möglich, da es keinen Stöpsel gibt. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung ok, allerdings hätten wir uns etwas mehr Vorbereitung seitens des Vermieters für unser Kommen gefreut.
