Villa Vikor

The Villa can accommodate a large group comfortably and is very spacious. The swimming pool and outside kitchen / seating area is what makes the property. When we stayed the weather wasn’t great a couple of days, but you can close the shutters around the outside kitchen area, turn the outside heater on and make it a cosy / fun area to socialize. Swimming pool was heated to just the right temperature. Beds were comfortable with plenty of space for clothes / just as you’d expect in a house, bathrooms were clean and showers worked well etc. Overall the Villa was a home from home and definitely recommend. Although the location was not walking distance to the old town, there are plenty of bus routes and a main road just around the corner, and Ubers cost Aprox €10 into town. The location was my one concern before I arrived, but actually it turned out to be a good location - butchers next day to help with barbecue’s / 2 supermarkets within 3 min walk / restaurants close by and beaches / harbor under 10min walk away.

Nothing really. The only negative thing I would say is that it’s advertised as 6 double beds in 4 bedrooms, but actually it is 5 double beds in 4 bedrooms! 4 double beds are fixed and in 1 bedroom there is a trundle bed which conveys into the 5th bed. This was the only surprise - there is enough room in the largest bedroom to add another trundle bed so don’t know why they haven’t. One of my friends ended up sleeping on the largest bedroom Sofa in the lounge which is very comfortable. Also it’s advertised as having a microwave but there isn’t one. It could do with a toaster also.

Oma uima-allas oli ihana ja majoittaja hoiti kaiken pyydettässä, muun muassa kuljetukset lentokentälle ja takaisin. Isot hyvät tilat meidän 8 hengen porukalle.

Talon ohjeistukset hieman heikot esim. miten tiskikone yms. kodinkoneet toimii. Keittiötarvikkeita voisi olla enemmän (esim patalaput, talouspaperi, jätesäkit, kattilan kannet yms). Muurahaisia lattialla, mutta se ei haitannut lomaa.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Vikor. Ivica met us at the spacious Villa and explained all the facilities, all in perfect working order as it's his family home! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds and furniture were hugely comfortable and the pool house and pool were a great place to relax and unwind. It was the perfect house for the 8 of us who stayed there. The location was also amazing; just a quick and cheap Uber or bus ride to the old town and lots of great walks and restaurants to explore in Lapad, Gruz and the surrounding area. I would recommend Villa Valkor with no hesitation at all!

The outside space was incredible and we particularly loved the outside kitchen. The villa is in a great location very close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a lovely beach but also really easy to get an Uber to the old town. The owner is amazing, so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us with anything we needed for our stay. We would love to go back and would highly recommend this villa.
