Location of the property is great. The Wi-Fi was fantastic and there is street parking nerby.
The only downside was that the pillows where a bit small. Also the windows are not soundproofed, so you can hear cars and trams on the street.

The location was great. The place was easy to check into and great communication. The bed was comfortable and the decor and furniture were very nice.
It was beautifully decorated and renovated but it needs a good deep cleaning. The walls were stained and the shower needs a good scrub.
But it was clean enough for one night.
Also, the floors and windows are original so you can hear alot of noises from neighbors. One thing that was really disappointing was they had a Nespresso machine but no coffee pods. So we had to buy some. Having a few there to enjoy a coffee in the morning would have been really nice.

I stayed at Carol Residence for the third time and the experience was excellent once again. It is one of those places you confidently return to because you know exactly what to expect.
This time I had a room facing the inner garden, which was very quiet. I slept perfectly, with no traffic noise at all. The room was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything worked smoothly and felt comfortable.
The location is a major advantage. The historic city center is very close, just a pleasant walk through the park away. The area feels safe and calm, perfect for relaxing walks, especially in the evening.
I was also happy to see that Timișoara continues renovating its historic facades. The city is becoming more beautiful, and staying here allows you to really enjoy that atmosphere.
The staff is professional and discreet. Check-in was quick, communication was clear, and the overall experience was effortless.
A place I gladly choose again every time I visit Timișoara. Highly recommended.
The only thing I did not fully enjoy was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. I shared this feedback with the team, and they told me the pillows are already on the replacement list, which I really appreciated.
Since I will be back in Timișoara in about two months, I hope to return with an updated review and confirm that they have been replaced. It is great to see a place that listens to guest feedback and keeps improving.

It was clean and near the center
The noise was horrible. I woke up like 10 times because every time somebody entered the building you could hear the front door very loudly. When the neighbors came home at 3 AM we could hear the door in the hall and also the light was annoying and woke us up.
Besides there was a bad smell in the bathroom
