The property was large and easy parking nearby and close for walking to beach and town. The owner was very helpful when contacted.
We are sisters in law in our late 60’s and we wanted to use a sofa bed for one of us so we could sleep in separate rooms but found that to be extremely uncomfortable as you could feel all the springs in the mattress. We also struggled with using the shower as it was on the taps but had no where to hold it up to use so you had to sit in the bath to use it. Again, at our age we struggled with this.

There was no face to face contact with the host but when contacted got an immediate response - Check in was clear and seemless -Parking was not a problem and great nearby walks for the dog
Unable to control heating within the apartment - Had stayed previously so expected to have to contact host and this wouldn't put us off - would stay again

Plenty of room, all amenities you would have at home, not too far from everything.
One of the radiators in the living room didn’t come on at all. Don’t know if the heating was timed but it went off completely. We were cold but we texted the owner and the heating was turned up and came on.

Locality -very close to craven park, beach and local mini supermarket. Takeaway very close by! Lots of room inside property. The bathroom, kitchen, living room and main bedroom were good, well equipped with some nice furnishings and touches. It was clean and tidy. My mother reported the bed in the one bedroom to be very comfy. The host was accessible and accommodating. There was somewhere to park nearby. Overall good value for money.
We had to wait to access it because the code didn't work. We had to order and pay for additional bedding for the pullout bed (albeit a fair costing) and the pullout bed mattress was marked, springy and uncomfortable . There was a slight musty odour.
