Lovely large open plan vaulted sitting room/dining room with fire

The road noise is quite annoying if you are not used to it. There was also noise from music now moronically played in the open air at the bottom of the piste every single night normally till 9pm but once till after 11pm during our stay. We literally couldn’t hear our own music indoors for the noise from outside. The apartment was not very well cleaned. We had to wash every single glass/dish/mug and all the cutlery before we used them. Literally some glasses had lipstick on them. No dishwasher salt, I bought it. Nor rinse aid. No sharp knives, I bought one. I also bought logs and kindling then later found enormous supply outside but no-one mentioned they were available. Kettle oily film all over it. Black mould and grime on shower screen base. Table mats covered in food waste. Courchevel is expensive as the skiing is fantastic, the restaurants are wonderful and it just works the best of any resort but the accommodation falls far short of those levels because people like to cut corners and are greedy.
