About this house rental
The ideal solution for meetings between friends and family. The house offers comfort, in addition to the garden, guests have access to the vegetable garden and a small orchard and to the use of an ancient barbeque.
There is a large swimming pool, a play area for adults and children in the outside there are covered spaces to protect guests from the sun.
A person on site is available to give necessary support to guests to spend a stay in total serenity.
THE HOUSE
The house develops on a ground floor where there are two kitchens, a TV study room, a sitting room and a large hall of over 50 m2, as well as two large covered areas where to eat or carry out recreational activities.
On the upper floors there are 8 bedrooms each with two to five beds each.
in the house there are three bathrooms as well as a shower with hot water in the garden.

The garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests
The large garden has a swimming pool in its center but develops in a central area and reserved areas where you can rest outside the central area.
The garden is protected by a fence that protects young children.
There are also two large covered areas for a total of over 80 m2 where it is ideal for eating or for recreational activities.
In the garden there is also an area where there is a large vegetable garden and an orchard all available to guests.
There is also a playground with numerous games such as table tennis, five-a-side football, basketball, badminton etc.

For the more sporty, the hilly area offers over 200 km of low-traffic asphalted cycling routes and mountain bike trails.

From the minute we arrived - earlier than planned - we were made to feel welcome. The house is very spacious, old and beautiful for it, with antique furniture, comfortable beds and perfect for our very large extended family of 14 (ages ranging from 2 to 69). A lovely touch was having an apricot tart left for us when we arrived, along with coffee beans and tea.
The swimming pool was in use every day, as was the table tennis equipment, the darts and the climbing frame. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend...

Casa rustica con interni un Po datati, ma con tutto ciò che serve. Proprietario delizioso, spazi esterni esterni comodissimi e godibili, posto rilassante e con bella vista.ci torneremp sicuramente. Ci si sente veramente a casa.
