About this apartment rental
CEDRO: 152 sqm apartment, with independent access located on the penthouse floor where it develops completely.
A staircase takes us up to the entrance of the house where we find a large living room with a dining area, the kitchen and two bathrooms with a shower cabin. In the sleeping area there are a double bedroom, a room with a single bed and a room with two single beds.
The house, newly renovated, is located in a complex formed in total by 6 housing units, each independent. In the garden area there are tables, chairs, umbrellas and deck chairs in addition to 2 Jacuzzi hot tubs that can be used exclusively, for a fee from April to October, upon reservation.
Each apartment is supplied with bed, bath and kitchen linen.
Check-in is scheduled from 15:00 onwards. Confirmation of the arrival time is requested. Check-out is set for 10:00. Inside the property there are some parking spaces. Additional free parking spaces are located in the square in front of the access door to the village about 50m from the property. All apartments are supplied with autonomous systems and equipped with LCD TV with Italian and satellite channels, washing machine and dishwasher including the necessary detergents, microwave oven, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, In the garden area there are also 2 barbecues.
The kitchens are complete with dishes, pots and tablecloths.
Free wifi throughout the property.
The final cleaning of the apartments is not included in the price. The amount must be paid directly at the time of check-out. Upon request, an additional paid cleaning is possible as well as a change of linen. Pets are allowed upon request. The nearest supermarket is located about 2 km away in the municipality of Uzzano.

We stayed in the Il cedro apartment and it was beautiful! The apartment looks better than the pictures. It was immaculate and the decor showed Emanuela's artistic taste. There is a small beautiful garden with the building with lots of lemon trees. Emanuela was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the apartment are breath taking and the narrow streets next to Uzzano castle make you feel you're in a historic movie. It's central location allowed us to do day trips to Pisa, Florence and Venice.

super séjour dans l'appartement Cèdre au dernier étage, propre, bien agencé, grand, tout est bien équipé, 2 salles de bain donc pas de bataille qui se lave en premier... une vue superbe... lave linge bien utile, ventilateurs dans chaque pièce car très chaud cet été. bref idéal pour visiter les alentours : parc de Pinnochio, Florence (en train), Pise, Lucca... Emanuela est super gentille et très présente pour toute demande ou aide pour visiter le coin.
le jardin derrière est un lieu de détente pour lire ou se reposer.
village posé sur la colline, une vraie carte postale. je recommande.

Estuvimos tres días, en familia, con niños de 12 y 14 años, y es un lugar espléndido para visitar la Toscana, entre Pisa y Florencia, eso sí para ir con coche. Mágnificas vistas y precioso apartamento, impecable, decorado con gusto y práctico, equipado con todo, en total correspondencia con las fotos. Aunque es un pueblito pequeño, está muy cerca de un supermercado Lidl, con lo que es fácil avastecerse. Emmanuelle es muy amable y nos dejó desayuno para el primer día. Como ibamos en tour por más lugares de Italia vimos sólo lo más conocido, por lo que volveríamos perfectamente para ver el resto de preciosos pueblos toscanos. Sin duda, muy recomendable.
