Everyhting was excellent, Alberto is very kind and made sure to help me with everyhting - explained what bus to take to the city, gave me his bicycle, the rooms were very clean and exactly as in the pictures. Location is 2 minutes walk from the beach.
The property is next to a train, might be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

The owner is super kind and very very available! Home made breakfast excellent.
The toilette is a bit small, for us was functional but you've to be easygoing :)
