Zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt mit Zimmer zum Hinterhof daher sehr ruhig
Eine Rezeption ist zwar vorhanden aber leider nicht besetzt auch war telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Check-in war um 12.30 vereinbart aber erst um 13.00 ist dies erfolgt.

The location was great
There were some stuff that were mentioned would be available in the room which was not. I had to provide proof based on their own description to get what I wanted such as a simple electtical kettle.
Although I had mentioned that I would be there with a 5 year old, all they had was a crib.
