+ goede bedden, voldoende kastruimte en lakens/dekens/handdoeken + complete keukenuitrusting + inventaris (ikea) in goede staat + makkelijk parkeren bij huis + behulpzame eigenaar + prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend + goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen / dagtrips
- veel spinnen/muggen - enorme stank van de honden v/d buren op binnenplaats - 0,0% uitzicht op terras (aan 4 zijden ingemuurd) - koelkast heeft geen vriesgedeelte - douche/wc ruimte is klein (maar niet kleiner dan op foto's)
