Bel appartement spacieux et lumineux hyper centre Blois

The apartment itself is excellent: modern, design, located in a new development right in the city center, with private parking. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. In terms of the apartment quality itself — really great. There is a lovely Italian restaurant directly opposite the apartment — highly recommended.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience and communication were disappointing. Official check-in is until 8:00 PM. We informed the host in advance that we might arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 PM and were told that arrival after 8:00 PM would cost an extra €20. So we adjusted our plans and confirmed we would arrive before 8:00 PM. At 7:00 PM we sent a message saying we would arrive in about 40 minutes, but received no reply. When we arrived at 7:45 PM, calls and messages were still unanswered. Eventually someone came with the keys, only to tell us the apartment had not yet been cleaned. In the end, we were only able to check in around 9:00 PM, despite making a real effort to arrive before the official check-in deadline. Another unpleasant surprise was that towels and bed linen were not included in the base price, which is very unusual in our experience. Despite the issues described above, we would still highly recommend this place. It was probably just an unfortunate coincidence of circumstances during our stay.

Location was fantastic. Apartment was large, comfortable, and quiet.

Trying to squeeze a car into the garage is a serious test of maneuvering skills. The apartment didn't have any paper towels or facial tissues, a minor nuisance. It's difficult to use the shower without getting water all over the floor.

Avevamo avuto conferma di poter effettuare il check in anticipo, ma arrivati sul posto, dopo averli contattati, ci hanno detto che dovevamo aspettare almeno due ore. La serratura dell'appartamento è problematica e gli asciugamani che vengono consegnati sono pochini. Il wc è separato dal bagno, in uno stanzino senza aerazione
