Loved the Seaview from the balcony. Easy to use public transport just around the corner from the building. Nice neighbourhood with supermarket very close also a number of eateries walking distance.
An unpleasant smell as you walk in the building foyer however not in the apartment.

Convenient for the airport and Athens as the bus stop is just two minutes away, with a minimarket and a Bakery around the corner and a nice lateral sea view. Easy check-in and the lift is a bonus as well
The apartment smelled of oil and wasn't properly clean (owner ignored photos of oily kitchen extractor hood). Constant road noise made the balcony and windows unusable. Poor communication after initial contact. Old shower with one of those clingy curtains...
Wouldn't recommend due to smell, the traffic noise and lack of owner responsiveness.
