The horel is located few steps from Central train station in Eindhoven, which is excellent for those who are planning to use train as a commuter between cities. Also very good location for ones who would like to visit a city. Very clean room, we were on 24th floor and view was amazing. Bathroom is newly renovated, so everything was perfect. We got the upgraded room for free,the Queen's room, so it was amaizing.
Maybe walls need to be painted- only that... Everything was perfect

The welcoming ans the location
The bathroom and the room the water falls apart from the bathroom and it was look like not very clean and not comfortable

The location was great, right next to main train station and with everything in city center within walking distance.
STAFF:
We has requested an early check in, which we knew weren't guaranteed. When we showed up at 9am to drop off our luggage they said to come back at 1pm for an early check in (official check in was 3pm). When I came back at 1.30 they said the room still wasn't ready and to come back at 3. When i came back at 3.15 they said, unapologetically, that the room still wasn't ready. I was very disappointed after requesting an early check in, and then keep being postponed even later than the official check in time.
The staff in general didn't seem very friendly or welcoming.
CLEANINESS:
the room was ok, but i found several long hairs in the room when i checked in.
overall the standard was passable but not great. The food was ok - not great. it felt more like a high end hostel than a hotel.
