About this house rental
Our summer home unique for sea lovers ,is situated 25 KM southeast from chios centre at a land of 2500 m2 with its border to the Viri Beach a lovely bay. Literally the sound of the waves accompanies your dreams.The house is situated at the top of the land with a fantastic view .Using our private path our guests can enjoy swimming or just relaxing at Viri beach where there are beach facilities(umbrellas sunbeds and canteen with refreshments and snacs)
The biggest nearby village is Nenita 5 km away with supermarket farmacy etc.Komi a well known resort with sandy beach and many taverns bars etc is 1 km away. Emporios the most beautiful beach of Chios famous for its black stones is 5 km away Near the house at walking distance there are two taverns
Mesta Pyrgi Olympoi the famous medivial villages are 15 minutes drive away On the way you meet the new mastics museum

We were in Chios for a family wedding. Most family members stayed in Komi. We were a little bit removed from the group, but we rented a car so all was fine. In fact, I swam every day at the beach below the property (Lilikas Neach) and our family really enjoyed “our” beach much more than the more crowded Komi Beach. There is also a friendly bar/cafe at Lilikas Beach (Viri Carpe Diem). Many in our group met up there in the afternoons. As for the house, the kitchen is large and functional, air conditioning in the bedrooms works excellently, driveway parking is easy, and the large balcony overlooking the sea is marvelous for star gazing at night. If we are lucky enough to go to Chios again, we hope to book this property. You will want a car, but you may not want to leave the house because it is so comfortable.

This property is located just off the coast in southern Chios. It was the perfect location to explore the southern part of the island. The host was lovely! Most importantly, the house was perfect -- views were incredible, it was clean, and well-equipped for our stay. We would highly recommend staying here!

Maison située dans un cadre très agréable avec une grande terrasse au dessus de la mer qui bénéficie d un ensoleillement maximal du lever au coucher du soleil avec une vue magnifique. Et il suffit de descendre 30 secondes pour être sur la plage. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui sont venus nous attendre à l aéroport et nous ont guidés de nuit jusqu’à la maison et qui, en plus, nous avaient laissé, entre autres, des confitures maison, du beurre, du vin.
