About this villa rental
This beautiful, recently fully restored, 4 bedroom old stone villa is ideal for getting together with friends and family. It is a very private house and garden. The house (with parking space) is situated in a peaceful part of Lumbarda ( with very little passing traffic, since there is no through road), 150 m from shops, post office, cash point, tourist office, restaurants, fruit and vegetable market and bus connection to Korcula. The nearest sandy beach is 1 minute away on foot.
The house has 3 beautiful white stone gardens with lavender and orange trees
There are three air-conditioned apartments in the house. We do not let individual apartment, but the whole house.
A4+1 – Ground floor: one apartment (60m2) with two bedrooms (one double, one twin), bathroom with toilet and open-plan kitchen/living room giving onto a secluded terrace with table, chairs, sunshade and lounger.
A2 – First floor: studio apartment (25m2) : one room with a double bed, kitchen unit, and separate bathroom with toilet.

Upper studio apartments are entered through an outside stairway.

Our family of 4 loved our stay in beautiful Lumbarda, Korcula. The rental was clean and tastefully decorated with artistic touches throughout. The 3 separate apartments were perfect - the kids loved playing hosts and having their own space. The owner Vedrana was kind and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The nearest beach is sandy and located only a 1-minute walk away, with other beaches easily accessible nearby. A well-stocked grocery store and an artisanal bakery are also within walking distance. There are several areas in the lovely garden available for relaxing after a day at the beach. A comfortable and enjoyable place overall!

We were warmly welcomed by Vedrana who was there when needed but unobtrusive. The house is comfortable and provides flexible accommodation, set in a beautiful garden.
