Sehr schöne, zentrale Lage. Großer Balkon mit Aussicht und wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Verhandlung mit dem Verwalter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Excellent location a short walk from the train station and from groceries, full kitchen with dishwasher, great private balcony.
To recycle packaging (Gelbe Sack) materials other than paper, it was suggested that we take them to a collection point by a supermarket, which was a pain - but could be just due to the regional waste collection setup.

Great location of the apartment and parking facility. Balcony view was nice.
Apartment was not cleaned before handover, specially the bathroom and living room full of dust and there was no cleaning service, had to clean all the shits. The Bed Sofa is quite old, not for sleeping. Apartment facilities in this price pretty average for a family having kid.
