The apartment has an amazing location in a very quiet neighborhood.
It is close to the metro station, bus lines, bike lanes, and supermarkets (including Mercadona!).
Turia Park is only a 5-minute walk away.
It’s perfect for families with kids, but also great for a group of friends.
The rooms have heavy blinds, so you can sleep in complete darkness and reduce noise—especially helpful when the garbage trucks come early in the morning, which is common in Spain.
There are no bars nearby, so the area stays peaceful and calm.
Check-in was very simple and convenient.
The apartment is arranged in a way that allows everyone to have their privacy, and there are even two bathrooms. They may be a little dated, but they were very clean and well disinfected.
When we arrived, we had a small issue with the heating. The host responded immediately and sent an electrician right away—literally as fast as possible.
And even brought an extra pair of keyes.
Since we were traveling with kids, it was also a big plus that no one lived underneath us, so the children could run around freely without disturbing anyone.
We will definitely return.
Tip: communicate through the Booking.com messenger rather than WhatsApp—the host replies much faster there.
Blinds in one of the bedrooms didn't work but we didn't mind because we went out very early in the morning.
