About this house rental
The 200 m2 house is spacious with a 2,500 m2 garden with trees, flowers and lawn maintained all year round. It is a family house in which we leave our board games, children's games, books ...
The house is located in the town of Blainville s/mer, 1.5km from the sea and beautiful sandy beaches.
You will love the very family atmosphere of Coutainville and Blainville, the wild beauty of this Cotentin region, the proximity of major tourist sites such as Mont Saint Michel, the Channel Islands, the landing beaches as well as the variety of leisure activities ( cycling, golf, fishing, nature and cultural hiking, sailing, sand yachting, horse riding...)
Everyone likes it, kids, adults and grandparents. The real family home!!
The house is very bright with large windows and allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful sunrises over the area and the sunsets over the sea.
The garden is a paradise for children who will find a beautiful play area (2500 m2), a sandpit, swings ... A high wind allows you to store bikes (which you can rent on site) in the shelter. Parking in the garden is provided for 2 cars.
On the ground floor:
A large living-dining room with a fireplace to make beautiful outbreaks.
The kitchen is comfortable (dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, many household appliances). The direct access from the kitchen to the garden makes it easy to eat outside.
ON the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, one very large with a 120 cm bed and 1 en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed .1 separate toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 with sea view: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 large room of 25m2 with 2 single beds + 1 extra bed and in a separate alcove a 130 bed.

A quirky period house full of character. Well equipped with games and information. This house might not suit everyone as toilet and washing facilities are sparse for a 5 bedroom house.
Nice garden with Bar B Q and childrens toys. The village close by has a friendly bar and a choice of restaurants.

The home is a lovely family homestead, but needs a thorough cleaning and some general up keep. Lots of Knick hacks and general clutter. We put some away during our stay. Great vacuum cleaner and cooker. Easy to access once we were given the contact info.
Great location, walking distance to Boulanger and market. Fun farmer’s markets near by. Close proximity to beach.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au calme et au chaud. Le meilleur atout de cette maison c'est l'espace. Nous étions 8 et avions été bien logés. Quelques petites améliorations peuvent etre entreprises à moindre couts. Le mobilier au niveau du salon pourrait etre remplacé et au niveau du jardin prevoir un espace pour garer les voitures au lieu de les placer sur le gazon. Coté sécurité, il serait préférable depasser à une plaque de cuisson à induction (electrique) au lieu du gaz. La cordialité des propriétaires est un aspect très positif qu'il faille souligner.
