The place is very nice and everything quite new. The location is great, it is on a main road but tucked away so surprisingly we didn't hear any traffic noise ever. It also has a nice private entry, so we felt very comfortable during all of our stay.
The landlord has a lot of rules in place that you need to follow. However, when communicating with them it was all reasonable and very easy going.

Sleek Equipped kitchen, and laundry room. Nice beds and bedrooms. Nice bathrooms.
Private patio not so Private. Too much clutter and miscellaneous storage things in Private patio. Front residents were constantly walking by bedroom windows to get stuff from Private patio. No closet space due to excessive property storage items. No place to put groceries.
Living room extremely small for even 2 people. Dining table too large for area. No adequate parking.
Front entrance has mops and brooms by door for their convenience. Garage by front entrance.
Front residents constantly walking into Private areas and by bedroom windows. Patio could be cute and nice but used for storage of spare stuff.
