Conveniently located near the entrance of 210 freeway, which allows access to shops and attractions in old town Pasadena. Owners are very nice, friendly, responsive and helpful. There are ample supplies in the house. Every thing works!
Perhaps the number 1 reason is Evolve the management company. While the owners were able to confirm that I do not need to clean up after I leave, Evolve kept telling me before and on the day I check out that I need to do the dishes, put the bedding set in the washer, and take the trash across the street where there is supposedly a dumpster. Well, cross the street is the neighbor’s house. I believe they would be VERY upset if I dumped four bags of trash on their private property. Evolve said that if those unspoken “rules” are not followed I will be fined 😓.

Location in Pasadena is very convenient to Downtown LA and various important locations in LA and Pasadena. Nice quiet neighborhood. Decorations were nice and elegant. Many amenities provided in facility including laundry machine and nice old fashioned fridge. Many complementaries were provided including all the necessary ingredients for cooking in the kitchen.
Laundry machine could stop working from time to time during washing cycle (Error code: E10) which may stop it from complete the washing and drying cycle
