About this house rental
Reservation conditions:
. Linen: Sheets 10 euros per bed
. Towels: 5 euros per person (2 towels 1 glove)

. A deposit on the day of arrival of 800 euros which will be returned to you no later than 7. days after your departure by check for French or cash

The property:
House located 10 minutes south of Clermont-Ferrand and 35 minutes from the Super Besse ski slopes and the Auvergne volcano park.
Warm atmosphere for this town house overlooking a fully restored enclosed courtyard. It is located in a historic village (13th century commandery) a few minutes from a major road (A75). Presents 1 room of life with sofa armchair tv and wi fi. 1 fitted kitchen opening onto the hanging terrace, 1 double bedroom (all in a loft style) on the 1st floor as well as a shower room and 1 WC. There is 1 double bedroom on the ground floor (small window to the left on the exterior photo of the house).
Another shower room and WC as well as the washing machine is on the ground floor WITH ACCESS FROM THE OUTSIDE (door to ground floor on exterior photo).
Another small bedroom is on the 2nd floor (2 twin beds) ideal for children
Leisure: rock climbing (bring your own equipment) to the Chadieu site, hiking, Crapahute (tree climbing, canoeing, via-ferata) Puy de Dôme, Lac d'Aydat, Lac Chambon, Lac pavin
Plateau de Gergovie, one of the most beautiful villages in France with Montpeyroux nearby, Vulcania
Paragliding site
Service: a restaurant in the village and a hairdresser. A pizzeria / Hamburger is a few meters from the cottage
A bread deposit machine on the road to Plauzat next to the post office (500m from the house)

Location très sympa et très propre,très bien équipée, mais elle est donnée pour 6 personnes alors qu'elle conviendrait mieux pour 4 adultes car peu de place pour le repas(intérieur et petite terrasse) Aussi la 3eme chambre dispose d'une literie peu confortable pour des adultes.Il faudrait également préciser dans l'annonce que la 2ème SDB nécessite de passer dehors pour y accéder ce qui peut être dérangeant en cas de pluie ou de froid. Malgré cela nous avons passé un très bon séjour mais un couple a très mal dormi...
