A perfect place to relax and unwind in style, this Zen-inspired mid-century gem designed by famed architects Palmer and Krisel sits on a 12,000-square-foot lot with dramatic mountain views and has everything you need to make lasting memories with friends and family. There will be limitless ways to use each dreamy vacation day, yet you may find it difficult to leave the comforts of home. You'll find two backyards connected by a Zen garden, one with a deep swimmers pool, an outdoor shower, and a barbeque island, and the other with a hot tub, grassy lawn, firepit, and waterfall.
Inside, the magic continues with vaulted ceilings, a unique layout, and touches of zen decor that make all of your cares slip away. Step into the stylish full kitchen and you will find a gas range, contemporary cabinetry, a coffee maker, and all of the modern cookware you are used to. Once five o'clock rolls around, the bar area has plenty of glassware and mixing utensils to create your favorite cocktails each night. And, the living area will be the hub for settling in for the night with a movie streaming on the TV before residing in each stylish bedroom to recharge for more days of fun ahead.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Loved everything about this place! The space was gorgeous. Pool, hot tub and perfect view of the mountains were a way to wake up in the morning and also unwind after a long day of exploring. Very relaxing. We were so at peace, we never turned the tv on. Stay here (but also maybe don’t, so we can keep this to ourselves as our little hidden gem) 😉

Very pleasant, clean, with lots of natural light throughout the house. Close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and impressive architectural design. Kitchen was well stocked with seasonings, cooking tools, and great organization throughout. Some construction nearby and loud creaking coming from the ceiling, but of course that’s not something they can control. Regardless, the intended serenity was still present throughout our stay with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the Palm Springs sun. Guest services were easily accessible and I appreciated the reminders for the check-in/out process. Would definitely return and recommend.

It was our 4th stay and we will be back for another 5 weeks next year. That should speak volumes for how much we like the Zen. What appeals to us the most is the location, the two different outside areas (pool and backyard with firepit) and the generally comfortable non-glitzy genuine feel of the place. Great for two and a guest now and again. 12-minute walk to to Koffi and many many restaurants keeps us committed and very happy here.
