The holiday flat is located in a house built in 2009 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a holiday complex. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. Available for use: parasol, children's playground and sandpit. The internet is free of charge only in the public areas and not in the apartments.

The holiday apartment is situated in a panoramic position among the hills that surround the south side of Lake Garda. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. All guests have the opportunity to park their car near the apartment.

The 480 m² children's pool is surrounded by a sandy beach with children's games. Next to the larger pool is the mini club, where multilingual entertainers offer a varied and age-appropriate programme for all children aged 4 to 12 in July and August. The pools are open SEASONALLY.
