Access to the gîte is via a small slope of access with 5 meters, which puts you at the foot of the gîte. Possibility to park 3 cars under shelter. On the ground floor the main entrance (with reduced mobility access) opens to 2 spaces on either side of the staircase that leads to the 1st floor:- a fully equipped professional kitchen all stainless steel (dishwasher, diving, cooking table (electric lights) and oven....)- a beautiful room in which 15 guests can gather around a meal.- a room equipped for 2 beds 2 people. bed 90 (beds suitable for people with reduced mobility) and shower/wc room.In Niv.1:- 5 bedrooms in single beds or bunk beds. That's 15 beds. Each room has a bathroom (shower and sink).- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90.- 2 wc In niv.2: 1 large meeting room, under the roofSOUTH SOL access from the outside (some steps) to a cellar and a ski room with pool.
