This 4-star apartment is on the ground floor of the A des Pistes du Soleil building, in Chinaillon, in the commune of Grand-Bornand. It has a large terrace sheltered from the wind by a wide hedge, and facing south, facing the ski slopes and the mountains. This apartment is heated on the floor and has convectors in each room. The apartment is 100m2 and sleeps nine people in four bedrooms: three with two single beds and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. It has two shower rooms, a bathroom and three toilets. The main living room is a large open room, with a kitchenette, a dining area and a living area. The dining room is sufficiently equipped to accommodate 16 people.The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic glass hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and hood. A washing machine and dryer are available.The apartment is also equipped with a TV/DVD player, with French and English channels, and an internet connection.On the large terrace, tables and chairs will allow you to eat outside, even in winter. A ski locker will be at your disposal.The price includes linen (sheets, towels, towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!).The end-of-stay cleaning is included however the places must be left in a correct condition (sleep beds, garbage cans, emptied dishwasher etc...)Cots and high chairs are available. Don't hesitate to ask us.
