About this apartment rental
This modern apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Kaprun, near the Kitzsteinhorn and the Maiskogel ski area. It has 2 bedrooms, the 1st with double bed and the 2nd with 2 single beds. In the living area there is an additional double sofa bed, so that a maximum occupancy of 6 people (max. 4 adults and 2 children) is possible.
The apartment is about 65 m², from the main entrance hall all rooms lead off, including the bathroom with walk-in corner shower, sink and toilet in the same room.
The apartment is very well equipped, the bathroom has a fixed hairdryer, the kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle are provided.
The main living area is open plan and consists of kitchen, dining area and living room with direct access to the balcony facing the front of the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor.
The apartment has central heating to keep to warm in winter and has lots of openable windows for ventilation in the summer months.
A private parking space at the property is available for use, directly at the building which makes it convenient for packing up and unpacking when you arrive by car or motorcycle.
It is a short drive to the Kitzsteinhorn ski lift, and also to the Maiskogel ski lift.
Zell am See is around 10km travelling by road.
There is a ski room with boot dryer in the basement.
You can reach the town of Kaprun with its Restaurants and Bars in less than 15 walking minutes.

A modern apartment in the heart of Kaprun with easy access to the main road and very close Billa. It was warm and cozy.
It will be good if you have a mop to wipe the floor and basic things like coffee and tea. We couldn’t find the right type of capsules for the espresso machine.
