The villa offers an authentic rural experience with a modern touch, perfect for families or groups of up to 7 people. With 4 bedrooms distributed over two floors, the house has a spacious private pool and an outdoor area with a barbecue under the natural shade of a vine, perfect for enjoying long hours of sunshine and unforgettable moments outdoors.
The interior maintains a rustic style with wooden and brick elements, including a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and more, connected to a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and air conditioning to ensure comfort even on cold days. The bedroom layout is practical: on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and storage, while on the lower floor there are three bedrooms (two with double or single beds) and two bathrooms with shower tray.
The villa is surrounded by a privileged natural environment, with views of the mountain and the swimming pool, and also featuring garden furniture, fenced plot and outdoor parking. Its strategic location allows access in less than an hour to important cities such as Málaga capital, Antequera or Ronda, and to tourist attractions such as the Turón River, El Chorro lake, and the Caminito del Rey natural park. Access to the accommodation includes a one-kilometre stretch of unpaved road, which adds an authentic touch to the trip.

Stayed here for 7 days ( 2 sets of families , children aged 12 &17)The villa was very clean and great communication from booking to arriving back into the UK. We were met by Jorge,who gave us our keys and checked the water temp etc before leaving. We went shopping beforehand at Coin.The outdoor kitchen area is great, it has a fridge in there ,so stock up on beer etc , we used it everyday, the BBQ was lovely and big. The kitchen was equipped but could have done with extra bowls to serve food.The pool is lovely and there is plenty of space around the pool to chase the sun or sit in the shade. The seating area is good to chat with people or read a book. The way to the villa is off the main road but the track upto it is fine, we managed really well in a Focus and BMW. Area is peaceful.Ardales village is just a 5 mins drive with some great restaurants ( I wouldn't advise walking into village).We went to Caminito del Rey, which was lovely and well worth it ...about 20 mins away to the shuttle bus service.The only thing that the villa could have done with was another fan as the air-con is in the dining room only..this room would make a great living room as it has door leading out to the outdoor kitchen area, it could have also done with a parasol around the pool ( but thats my personal preference).Would recommend

The villa was perfect for our family. It was clean and spacious. The owner was responsive. Our only issues were the beds, which we all found very hard and uncomfortable by the end, but otherwise we had a wonderful time and particularly enjoyed evening BBQs outside.

We had a wonderful time, the house was very nice and clean. The property is very well maintained especially the swimming pool which was perfect for the hot days. The town (Ardales) is 4 mins away by car and Malaga approx 45 mins. Lots of places to visit around Ardales and enjoy the local food. Will highly recommend to friends and we hope to be back. Thank you so much!

Cubo's were very responsive on any questions I had and also providing all the information. We did have a couple of issues with a power cut one day and a loss of water for a few hours but nothing that serious. The villa is close to a farm and there was a bit of noise due to hunting dogs, which again was not a big issue but is something to be aware of.
