This superb two-bedroom, two bathroom second floor apartment is within Bootham House, a boutique residential development of luxury apartments in the heart of Bootham, the historic approach into York.
It offers top of the range fittings and stylish design features have been selected to complement the interior spaces .There is smart tv in the living room so you can log on to your Netflix and relax after a long day exploring York
The contemporary kitchens combine functionality with elegance, the latest fully-integrated appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine and full fridge /Freezer and boiling-water taps.
The bathrooms are modern and contemporary and have electric underfloor heating.
Both bedrooms in the apartment are king beds.
The building has lift access if needed and parking can be found in bootham row carpark over the road charged at £2.70 an hour or Mary gate is £13.50 per day 5 minutes away.

Can’t say enough about the overall quality of the accommodation. You have an amazing view of york minster, you are that close! We had absolutely everything we needed in the flat and the two bathrooms were a godsend. I managed to lose the initial email and the host was amazingly quick to respond and help.
Everything is walking distance, no need for cabs or buses, this place is an absolute diamond and we will be back.

I can’t find any faults with this apartment. Perfect location, very clean, great communication, very quiet for it being next to the A19 coming into York. The only fault I can think off is we didn’t stay more nights. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. The next time we are in York I hope it is available on the dates. Thank you very much for letting us stay at your apartment. Regards Eric

This place was as described, clean and well laid out. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice and homely.
