About this house rental
Cozy apartment for 2 to 4 persons, with a communitary pool, in Oliva Nova, in front of the golf course and at only 1 km from the beach.
The communitary chlorine pool is available throughout the whole year (though not heated). The pool measures 20m x 7m, with a depth of 1,7m and there is a kids pool with a depth of 0,35m, as well as an exterior shower. The apartment itself counts with a private terrace with views on the golf course. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet, with a family athmosphere.
The apartment is situated on the second floor with elevator. The living-dining area is equipped with air conditioning and counts with a television and a sofa (which can be prepared to sleep on, with two extra persons). If you feel like preparing a homecooked dinner, you will find all necessary utensils in the independent kitchen, including a vitro hob, an electric oven and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On request, we can prepare a water boiler, a baby bed and a high chair. The bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe and access to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bidet.
Situated in first line from the golf course, and at few metres from the equestrian center, this apartment offers the ideal place for sportlovers. The natural parc La Marjal is nearby. This wetland is home to a wide variety of birds and other animals and guided tours are offered to learn more about this area. The relatively quiet, white, fine sandy beach of Oliva Nova is only 1 km far away. In Oliva you will find many tapas bars, shops and excellent restaurants, as well as archaeological sites and museums.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Positivo: el edificio de apartamentos es precioso, las instalaciones, el menaje de la cocina con todo lo necesario, plaza de garaje grande y la tranquilidad.
Negativo: No habría estado de más una explicación de todo el proceso de las llaves, ya que la misma servía para puerta de la calle, acceso a portal y al apartamento, ya que eso nos produjo algo de inseguridad cuando llegamos, el mando del garaje a mano, la cisterna perdía algo de agua, las paredes y techo tenían pequeñas manchas, varios gresites de la ducha despegado.

This is a very poorly equipped flat - no wifi, no toaster (!), no kettle (normal in Spain but still..), less than a drawer of utensils and all in poor condition, no oven glove, no baking trays or grill pan, no chopping board, no spare towels or sheets - literally a thinning bath towel and hand towel each and no general towels. The shower was barely more than a dribble which was disappointing.
The key pick up was nightmarish as we arrived in the middle of the night and had not been given a code to get the keys, despite emailing to confirm that we were arriving late. We had almost rented a hotel room by the time the emergency assistant had phoned us back - a very bad start to the holiday.
On the upside, the bed was large and comfortable and it is a lovely flat with a small balcony that has a view of the golf course, and it has electric-gated private parking and a lift. There is also a very pleasant shared swimming pool outside. It is very near to the Equestrian Centre and a short walk to a beautiful beach.
