Lovely and typical country house, which is now converted into a unhaphaengige Apartment for 6 to 8 people on the ground floor (130 m2 Area) and 2 apartments on the 1st floor in a part of the Chianti region, which is ideal to discover the main historical places to visit. Siena 4 km, the Chianti area 12 km, Monteriggioni 4 km, Colle Val d'Elsa 6 km, San Gimignano 15 km, Florence 40 km. Quiet Location. The apartment is located on a hill and is surrounded by a large, fenced outdoor area with views of the countryside. In Community and easy remote is the swimming pool with overflow pool (6 x 12). Shared laundry room (washing machine). Shaded parking inside the Eigentuemes. Access via a small piece of unpaved road in good condition. It is possible to walk over the famous 'Francigena ROAD'. Central heating. Gazebo with table and Steuhlen and barbecue to eat outside.

It has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 twin) 3 bathrooms with shower, a large living area with fireplace, satellite TV and an additional sofa bed, large kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and an open charcoal grill! The apartment is stylishly furnished Tuscan and leaves nothing to be desired. Outside, guests will find a large pool, sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and a barbecue. A washing machine is also available. Despite the quiet location, all attractions - Florence / 50Km, Siena / 18Km, San Gimignano / 20Km, Volterra / 34Km, etc. - within a very short time, shopping venues, restaurants, cafes are located in the immediate vicinity.
