Gästehaus Johanna is incredibly clean and quiet. My room had a kitchen that allowed me to eat in and save some money, but there’s an amazing selection of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop is half a block away. You get a Tegernsee Card with your reservation that provides a ton of discounts for many of the popular entertainment options. I recommend having it on you at all times and taking advantage of the discounts.
