Welcome to VIP Blue Diamond LUXE11 (The lower unit) is part of one of the largest estates in Lake Tahoe. This is a great unique professional property ready to be enjoyed. This modern European professionally designed property sits on top of the eastern Sierra mountain range. Perfect for corporate retreats! It overlooks the expansive Carson Valley. The Blue diamond is located less than a mile from the Stagecoach ski lift at Heavenly. After a day of skiing go down to Stateline to enjoy great restaurants and Nightlife!
Parking for 8 cars is located right in front of the property. If it is a heavy snow season, space might reduce to 5 during ski season. It is always best to carpool and do not bring more than 6 cars. When you stay at this grand property you will have access to an outdoor community Hot Tub and Pool. Located at the HOA center.
On the lower large deck there is one high end private hot tub. You will have 7 designer bathrooms with European Marble. The main living room with it s open floor plan has seating for just about everyone. Two lounge areas on either side both with European Marble Fireplaces and a TV. The kitchen has an oversized refrigerator with all the needed appliances for cooking. On the lower level you will find an Enormous Las Vegas Themed Game room with a 70 inch TV. This is a great place for sports enthusiasts to hang out. While watching the game play some foosball and billiards with your friends. Bar stools are located around the room. There are 11 bedrooms in this part of the property all with King beds. The hot tub is located on the deck outside the game room.
On the deck we have a BBQ for all of you that enjoy cooking outdoors. All the decks have breathtaking views of Carson Valley, the perfect place to watch the sunrise. With many windows looking out over the valley you will feel like you are on top of the world.

Notice that gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited
Maximum number of allowed vehicles 3
Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500; and
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
We also ask that you sign our stay agreement.

We needed a very large space for our family get-together in Tahoe. This was the perfect place for our family. Can’t say enough about it. It fit our needs perfectly.

We had a fabulous family reunion in this house which had the perfect number of bedrooms and allowed our family pet. Every family member or couple got their own bedroom because there are 11 bedrooms! Very special property to have this capacity. Beautiful views of the Carson City valley area from the common area and many bedrooms. The common area on the top floor was a great gathering place. The kitchen was good but we were surprised by some missing items. Luckily the maintenance staff is outstanding and brought missing items for the kitchen. The internet is fair and was not able to support our crowd of 14 without glitches. Dish TV did not work well. The Dish company came to repair, but it did not last for many of the room TVS; fortunately worked for the common room areas. The maintenance staff is a huge positive and you should not hesitate to call them with concerns or question; they will get it done.

The facility was clean upon arrival and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The managers were good to work with and responsive to our concerns.HOWEVER, the property was not in "Luxe" condition. The air conditioning was not working properly when we arrived and the air filters and vents had obviously not been cleaned and changed in some time. (You can see these two vents from the living room areas,) The managers did come and check the system and requested that we turn off the unit to let it thaw (it was frozen up) so we spent one uncomfortable evening. One of the bathrooms did not have cold water to the shower or the sink. After letting the property manager know of the situation, a plumber did come and fix this.There are some obvious water damage in a few of the rooms (ceilings and floors) and a broken closet door at the entry. In my opinion, the kitchen was not well equipped to handle 10 couples. There were TWO kitchen towels and no dish rags. It could also use more wine glasses. There were only 6 for a unit that sleeps 22.Overall, just an OK rating from our group.
