About this house rental


Airconditioned home.
This beautiful remodeled home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in the lantern district of Dana point and is within walking distance of all Dana Point restaurants and bars, Dana Point Harbor and Doheney beach. ( yes, the surfing beach made famous in the Beach Boys song). Fully remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, island, 42" gourmet stove, fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, airfryer, Vitamix blender etc... Very private backyard with brand new hot tub, large patio with Barbeque. Surfboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler in the 2 car attached garage.
There is also a stand up paddle board and 2 bicycles in the garage.

The house is perfect for 4 adults and up to 4 kids. Possibly 6 adults and 2 kids, but that would be a bit cramped.
Also memorial day week and labor day week are still available.



2023 improvements:
1. front gate installed on patio, so pets and small kids can't escape.
2. New Jacuzzi installed spring 2023
3. New patio umbrellas with built in LED lighting
4. Wi-fi was upgraded to Cox Panorama high speed internet.
5. Updated patio furniture.
6. Teak dining table that seats 10 on patio.

This is a wonderful little three bedroom house with a beach cottage vibe. It has a great layout for family and wonderful outdoor space that gives privacy. The house was very clean and a great location for Dana point. I would definitely stay here again and the host was very responsive

Everything was Outstanding: house, yard, decks, location, kitchen and host Rob. We could not have been happier. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. We will definitely book again.

A great spot close to our home. Family members stayed here at Thanksgiving, within walking distance of our home, and very well appointed. Our host, Robert, was terrific.

House was exactly as advertised. Beautiful inside and out. Very nicely renovated. Lots of outside space with a four person hot tub. Great location within easy walking distance of everything in Dana Point including the harbor and beach. Everything we wanted. Excellent stay.
