Apartment located in the heart of the Quiberon Bay, between Carnac, its megalithic alignments and its fine sandy beaches, and La Trinité sur Mer, a pretty marina. Apartment in a small building facing the sea and the beach of Men Du. Located about 900m from a supermarket and 1800m from the shopping centre.

A 27m² living room with 1 French window opening onto the terrace, facing the sea and 1 single bed and TV.
6m² renovated kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hobs, fridge, microwave.
1 bedroom of 9m² with 1 140cm bed and sea view.
1 bedroom of 9m² with 2 90cm beds.
Bathroom: double vanity basin, bidet, shower.
Separate toilet.
Courtyard, 1 parking space. Washing machine. Communal bicycle storage.
Arrival between 4pm and 6pm. Please notify in case of late arrival.
Deposit: €350 (to be paid on site)
Charges: Flat rate of €44/week for heating in addition if needed in low and mid season
Tourist tax to be paid on site
Pets allowed (additional €25)
Possibility to rent sheets and towels (on request and additional charge)

We spend one week at this location, wich we apreciated very much, the terras with the view is excelent, parking on your own space. A lot thing to do itn this arrea.
The furniture in the house could be updated, but for us we would visit this house in the future again
