Villa Eleonora, an ancient residence dating back to the end of the 19th century, was an annex of the beautiful "Villa Imperiale" of 1400, the Cardinalizzia estate which belonged to the Sforza and then to the Della Rovere, Unesco World Heritage.
In the 90s it was finely restored with the recovery of the original and typical period materials of the Marche farmhouses.
Just 3 km from the beach and from the city center in Pesaro, Villa San Bartolo is located within the Monte San Bartolo Natural Reserve. The villa is a rustic restored country house that can accommodate up to 11 people and features a large park where the beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea is a rare gem.
The property is made of a main house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a large fully equipped kitchen and an annex with kitchen, an open space living room with a double bed (it is possible to add 2 extra beds) and a bathroom.
The villa has a very large private park, not fenced and well cared, with a swimming pool overlooking the sea below, a babecue and plenty of space for eating outdoor and take relaxing breaks.
The area where Villa San Bartolo is located is a very fascinating Natural Reserve that extends for 12 km up to Gabicce Monte / Cattolica. It is full of wineries, walks in the nature with dramatic landscapes overlooking either the sea or the rolling hills and small villages surrounded by walls embellish the natural landscape while isolated coves are ideal places where you can enjoy the quiet of a swim in very beautiful and moderately frequented waters.
