- 1 Separate windowless bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a large storage wardrobe
- 1 Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and a towel dryer
- 1 Separate toilet
- 1 Living area of 13.73m² facing west with chalet view, composed as follows:
A kitchen area including: 2 electric hobs, refrigerator with a capacity of 150L, a mini-oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster
A dining area with a table and 4 chairs
A living area with sofa

A French window giving access to the balcony (west-facing with chalet view)
