This beautiful villa liberty offer: comfortable apartment, completely renovated, in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, with the coolness of the hill, 200 m far from the sea in Silvi Marina.
Flora apartment, is the first of 4 apartments that offer the splendid Villa Chiara, located at the ground floor north side of the villa, can accommodate up to 5 people and is composed as follows:

• 2 double bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms with shower
• large shared garden in common

Villa Chiara is located at 200 meters from the Adriatic Sea and the beaches of Silvi Marina, all of fine sand and fully equipped.
