About this villa rental

In the heart of Tuscany, a few kilometers from Cortona and all the most beautiful cities of art in this beautiful region, is this incredible modern villa. In order to offer guests an unforgettable and unusual stay, the owners decided to convert an old and anonymous building into a luxurious modern villa, unique in this area of Tuscany, thanks to its contemporary luxury style. The villa is surrounded by a lush garden consisting of varied species of plants, a suggestive fountain, a fish tank and the wonderful swimming pool. To brighten up cold and foggy days, without sacrificing well-being, the villa offers a corner with Jacuzzi, ideal at any time of the year. For the little ones there is a dedicated space with outdoor games. Villa Lucia can accommodate up to 8 guests and it has 4 bedrooms each with private bathroom. Each space follows a particular style for which it differs. The ground floor houses a large and beautiful kitchen, fully equipped and connected to the large pantry and laundry room: here you will find a washing machine and dryer, a sink, a very spacious pantry. The kitchen is stocked with a full range of large and small appliances, ideal for cooking enthusiasts. The adjacent living room has a sofa, armchairs and TV, and a reading corner overlooking the garden. The dining room is very spacious and bright and it allows you to eat while enjoying a beautiful view of the outside. In front of the kitchen is the large wrought iron gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a modern barbecue. The pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and a very large umbrella and outdoor shower. The refined furnishings embellished with antiques and fine fabrics make the villa a unique and original place, with attention to every detail. Each space is characterized by colors and materials that make it original and welcoming, always in the name of a refined and luxurious style. Comfort, home automation and all the Concierge services (available on request) will make you spend a unique and unforgettable stay at Villa Lucia, in central and easily accessible place, but at the same time in an exclusive corner of the most authentic Tuscany.
