3 Luxury Apartments are in this development which is a perfect location for shopping at Monks cross and the Vangarde shopping centre and just a short bus ride into York City centre with the bus stop just outside the property on your door step.
The White House Apartments consist of one 3 bedroom Duplex apartment and two 2 bedroom apartments with parking outside in allocated spaces.
Two of the 2 bed apartments have their own garden area with a patio and BBQ facilities with a outside dining area.
They will accommodate up to 14 guests. We can cater for hen parties or larger groups.
They are all brand new and have luxurious fixtures and fittings.
White house apartment B is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment.
It has a dining and lounge area with a dining table to seat 4.
This property has 2 bedrooms which are made up as the following Bedroom one is a king size bed . The second bedroom can be split in two singles or a king size bed .
Modern luxury family bathroom with a bath and shower.
This property has a state of the art kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and everything you would need to dine in .
The property has Alexa and Net flicks available for you to use during your stay .
Parking for up to two cars -sharing one space .

We really enjoyed staying here . Beds comfortable, great shower and kitchen was clean and had everything we needed including washing machine. Bus stops right out the front door and was perfect for catching a bus into town. Location was great for a drive to get up into the moors, Howard’s castle and Whitby. We would definitely stay here again. We ate an amazing meal at a tiny Sri Lankan restaurant within walking distance and had great burgers at the pub.

We have had a very enjoyable stay. Exactly like the photos.. Comfy beds, friendly admin team. Great quiet location, accessible to town via public transport on your doorstep.

very clean modern apartment had all the amenities we needed for our stay, nice outside garden area which was great to relax in during our stay also the fact it had free parking which was a must.
