CHARMING SPACIOUS HOLIDAY BUNGALOW on this charming complex with Oudoor Swimming Pool + Tennis Courts

This is a fantastic beach location -- the beach is literally just around the corner.
FREE WIFI available here -- Tennis courts and Free Parking at this holiday complex. This saves the hassle of struggling to park at the beach.
Modern spacious bungalow with large living space, on a charming little complex set in a courtyard, with outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, parking. WIFI available, Freesat UK channels, giving lots of channels
Free Parking -- So no need to pay high parking charges at the beach.
PLEASE NOTE : Due to Covid the swimming pool may have limited access. The complex will be following any guidelines from the Government, due to the virus.
COVID SAFETY --Guests safety is very important to us. No contact check in is available with Key Safe Access to avoid contact ....... and Anti Viral products are used at each changeover.
Fantastic beach location --- the beach is literally just around the corner, aswell as local pub, restaurant, take away, shops.

SPACIOUS LOUNGE / LIVING SPACE -- with flat screen TV, DVD and FREESAT tv with plenty of channels to choose from , WIFI plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs, dining area, patio doors leading to large patio area with seating, overlooking the courtyard area and swimming pool.
FULLY FITTED KITCHEN --- with everything you could need for your holiday.
Large spacious Bathroom -- with freestanding bath, separate large new shower enclosure, wc and basin with mirror.
FAMILY BEDROOM with double bed and bunk beds, large wardrobe, bedside drawers and bedside lamps
ALSO DOUBLE BEDROOM -- with double bed, large wardrobe, bedside drawers and lamps.
We can accept 1 dog at certain times. Please contact us if you do wish to bring a dog. My cleaning company does charge £55 for this, they do extra cleaning and vacuuming after a dog, incase we have guests with allergies.
OPEN PLAN LOUNGE / DINING SPACE -- with comfortable corner sofa and chairs, laminate flooring throughout, FREESAT TV, Dining table + 6 chairs

The bungalow and the complex with the swimming pool, tennis courts and location so close to the beach made our stay at the wonderful Mawgan Porth the perfect family holiday.

Perfect place to stay the bungalow has everything you need for a stay away from home. Flat walk to the beach, shop and pub. Comfortable bed and sofa.

The location of the property is perfect, a very short walk to the beach and shops. It is great to have a parking space too. The bungalow was much bigger than I expected, the photos do not do it justice. Sue is lovely and replies very quickly to messages. It is nice to have the tennis courts and swimming pool which we used during our stay. The children were disappointed not be able to have balls and toys in the pool, but still spent a good deal of time in there. We took our dog and everwhere was dog friendly - the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a nice week despite poor weather and I would happily go back again.

We had a lovely week in Mawgan Porth and were very lucky with the weather. Host is very responsive, property is lovely, sits on it's own near the swimming pool, has a lovely outside area which gets the sun for most of the day. Pool is lovely and temperature ok for an outside pool, my teenagers loved it!
Property just a short stroll to the beach which is beautiful and is close to small supermarket, coffee shop, pub/restaurant etc. Lots to do/see in the surrounding area.
Couldn't fault the holiday, had a fab time. Top tip, book restaurants way before your holiday as absolutely everything was booked up way in advance (even outside Mawgan Porth).
